2.1.2 Registering as a System Enterprise User
To register as a system enterprise user, you must provide the following information: enterprise/organization name, enterprise/organization location, industry type, number of employees, contact email, etc. Providing the following additional information will help us deliver better service and experience: business license, unified social credit code, legal representative’s name, legal representative’s ID number, etc. However, failure to provide this information will not affect the basic functionality of this service.
2.2 Information Collected and Used During System Service Usage
2.2.1 Usage Information
We collect information submitted or generated by you as a system user when using this service. This includes:
Personal account information, such as mobile phone number, verification code, profile picture, etc.; Enterprise/Organization Information, such as name, location, industry type, number of employees, business license, unified social credit code, employee names, employee ID type, employee ID number, employee education background, employee work experience, employee certificate information, company position and rank information, employee social insurance and housing fund information, employee salary information and bank card information, employee individual income tax information, enterprise national tax information, employee attendance and work attendance information, employee performance information, employee training information, etc.
2.2.2 Device Information
Based on the specific permissions you grant during software installation and usage, we receive and record information related to the hardware and software characteristics of your device, as well as information about the device’s location.
2.2.3 Log Information
When you use our products or services via our client, website, PC platform, etc., we automatically collect detailed usage data about our services and store it as network logs. Examples include your computer’s IP address, computer name, access date and time, browser information (name, version), webpage visit history, approval logs, attendance logs, mobile device model, and device identification codes.
Please note that standalone device information and log information cannot identify specific individuals. C. If our processing of personal information seriously breaches our agreement with you;

E. If we cease providing products or services to you.

You may withdraw your authorization or modify the scope of consent by disabling functional devices, canceling your account, or other means. Please understand that after withdrawing consent or authorization, we cannot provide services requiring such consent or authorization. 3.4 Account Cancellation
You may contact the system to request cancellation of your account.
You may cancel your account via the system’s PC client. After account cancellation, we will cease providing products or services to you and proceed to delete or anonymize your personal information.
If you are canceling an account on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you hereby declare and warrant that you have obtained full authorization and are duly empowered to act on behalf of said company, organization, or legal entity for account cancellation purposes. You further assume full responsibility for all consequences arising from such cancellation.

Simultaneously, we will inform you of the third party’s name, contact details, and privacy policy.

Shanghai Litang Information Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right to restrict account functionality and usage, including but not limited to browsing, posting information, and interactive communication.
7.2 Shanghai Litang Information Technology Co., Ltd. prioritizes the protection of minors’ personal information. When providing personal information, minor users should exercise heightened awareness and caution regarding personal protection. They must obtain guardian consent and use the Litang HR System and related services under the guidance of their guardian.
7.3 Minor users and their guardians acknowledge and confirm that if you violate laws, regulations, or the terms of this Agreement, you and your guardian shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom in accordance with applicable laws.
7.4 The Litang HR System provides a dedicated Youth Mode for minors. Guardians should select Youth Mode for minors to use.
7.5 Special Reminders for Minor Users
7.5.1 Minors should use the Litang HR System and related services under the supervision and guidance of their guardians. They should learn to use the internet appropriately within reasonable limits, avoid becoming addicted to virtual online spaces, and develop good online habits;
7.5.2 Youth users must comply with the National Youth Internet Civilization Convention;
7.5.3 Learn effectively online and refrain from browsing harmful content;
7.5.4 Communicate honestly and amicably, avoiding insults or fraud;
7.5.5 Enhance self-protection awareness and avoid meeting online acquaintances without caution;
7.5.6 Uphold network security and refrain from disrupting online order;
7.5.7 Prioritize physical and mental well-being; avoid excessive immersion in virtual environments.
7.6 To better protect minors’ privacy rights, Shanghai Litang Information Technology Co., Ltd. specifically reminds you to exercise caution when publishing content containing minors. Once published, it is deemed that you have obtained the rights holder’s consent to display the minor’s portrait, voice, and other information within the Litang HR system and related services, and that you permit the Litang HR system to use and process such minor-related content in accordance with this agreement.
7.7 Special Notice for Guardians
7.7.1 If your ward uses the Litang HR System and related services, you as the guardian should guide and supervise their registration and usage. Should your ward apply to register a Litang HR System account, Shanghai Litang Information Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right to deem that consent has been obtained from you;
7.7.2 Your minor may utilize functions such as purchasing products or services while using the Litang HR System and related services. As the guardian, please safeguard your payment devices, payment accounts, and payment passwords to prevent your minor from using your Litang HR System account to access purchasing or other consumption functions without your consent.
